I'm starting a new job, and my boss wanted me to send a headshot to go out with the hiring announcement to the team. And she wanted it the next day! I called Rob at 3 p.m. based on his great reviews. He got back to me right away, he did the headshot the next morning, and by 4 p.m. I had a really nice pro headshot in my inbox! Rob was very laid back and I felt very comfortable with him.
